Marina Villas by The Plix is a small enclave of three private pool villas near Vagator and Anjuna. Each home is self-contained, with its own pool and garden, yet sits within one calm compound. Three Villas, One Enclave
Casa Marina is a 3 BHK for up to six guests. Casa Moana is a 4 BHK for up to eight, and Casa Meadows is a 5 BHK for up to ten with wide lawns. Together the enclave can host up to twenty-four guests, and if your group is larger than one villa, ask us about staying in neighbouring homes.
Each villa has a private pool and garden, a full kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, a terrace and a washing machine. Pets are welcome in select villas with prior confirmation.
The enclave format works especially well for multi-family trips. Each family gets its own home, kitchen and pool, so routines do not clash: early risers are not woken by night owls, and children's bedtimes are respected. In the evenings, everyone can meet for dinner at whichever villa suits, then retreat to their own space. It is a way to travel together without the friction of sharing one house.

Location and Lifestyle
The enclave sits within easy reach of the best of the Anjuna–Vagator coast. The Anjuna flea market is six to eight minutes away, Anjuna Beach eight to ten, Vagator Beach twelve to fourteen and Chapora Fort about fifteen. Mopa airport is roughly forty minutes.
Days can be as busy or as slow as you like: a morning swim, a market run, a cliff-top sunset and dinner cooked by a chef in your own kitchen. Your caretaker takes care of housekeeping and local tips.
The Anjuna–Vagator coast is easy to explore from here. Spend mornings at the beach, afternoons by your own pool and evenings at a cliff-top sunset or a market. Between outings, your caretaker keeps the home running so the days feel effortless. Compare the three villas' sizes and features before deciding, and remember that extra guests and events need prior approval.
